• Have a sample of the piece you want to mail at hand.
  
• If it is a direct mail piece, it can be faxed to us at (954) 360-7712 or it can be sent in Adobe PDF format to samples@listresearch.com
  
• If it is creative for an email campaign, send the HTML file as a stand-alone ".html" file with a simple text backup edited in Microsoft's Notepad or WordPad (do not use Microsoft Word!).
  
• Note that in the case of HTML type creative, the images should be hosted on your server. If you cannot do this, ask us about our image hosting services.
  
• Be prepared to tell us your budget for renting external lists. Minimum rental orders on most mailing lists are 5,000 names (email and postal).
  
• If you have rented lists in the past, have your usage history at hand. It is important to let us know what lists have worked and what lists yielded marginal results.

Jerry will interface with our Smart Marketing Solutions team to quickly develop a targeted media plan on your behalf. Once you have reviewed and approved the final list selections, we will schedule and execute your list rental orders.
